im just curious how many of you dean artist type people actually teach guitar as well. either in person, or over the net via webcam.

Lately i have been workin on the minor scales and so far i almost have the 5 positions memorized but i am still stumbleing a little. Does anyone know a good way to remember scales in general?? And i need a good way to remember what order the positions are in for each key??
Any advice would be nice!!

hey so ive been playing about 1 and a half year so far and i have known CFH for about a half year but ive never been albe to pick it right. first i tried doing my total nooby way by up picking the whole time ( its a bad habit i got when i started, i was a natural up picker) and thne i tired alt picking. so how do i realy do it? wats the best way to do it or how did dime do it? thanx.

Anyone have any suggestions on any video that might help someone starting from pretty much ground zero?
I have a friend that I can only teach on weekends,and he's got a pretty busy schedule.He's into Zakk Wyldes style.

Anyone know of a place one could find a transcription of Gershwin's "Rhapsody in Blue" for guitar? Is it even humanly possible to play? I'm looking mostly for just the first few measures or so, just the glissendo and then then nice lumbering melody that comes after it... Anyone?

i changed my strings not long ago, anyway, after i tore up some strings i thought it was ok.
but when i tried to tune the High C string, it just sounded like s#%t.
than the tuner said tighten it more and more until the string tore.
and now, because i have a floyd the string is stuck into his place in the bridge, if youll try to take the string, youll take the guitar with...

anyone has ideas?
