So I thought I remembered seeing this same cab up for auction weeks ago with more pictures - specifically a picture of the bottom of the cab with the tolex coming undone + rust all over the casters.

My concern is/was moisture damage to the cab, so I emailed the seller on the current auction asking if he has any pictures of the bottom of the cabinet...his response:

NBC 4 has issued the following report:

A homemade video (video, slideshow ) was released Friday (June 3) of a deadly nightclub shooting that occurred during a heavy metal concert last year.

The camera was positioned at the back right portion of the stage looking into the audience as Nathan Gale began shooting during the DAMAGEPLAN concert at Alrosa Villa on Dec. 8, 2004, NBC 4's Teresa Garcia reported.

The band had set up the camera before the show. The camera captured most of the five-minute shooting rampage. Gale shot and killed four people and injured three others before a Columbus police officer entered the building and killed him with one shotgun blast to the head.

DAMAGEPLAN began playing just after 10 p.m. About a minute later, a security guard runs off stage and within seconds, Gale can be seen on stage with a gun. He is pursued by the security guard, and the first shot is fired. More shots soon follow, and two men are hit.

One of those killed by Gale was renowned heavy metal guitarist "Dimebag" Darrell Abbott.

The crowd appears stunned, but many stay by the stage and watch.

"Call 911 somebody," one person can be heard yelling. "Somebody call 911."

Gale is still on stage. Some people try to jump on the stage to help those shot.

While one man tries to motion people away from the stage area, the chaos continues, Garcia reported.

"Get him, get him, go," one person said.

Five shots are then heard.

"He's gotta run out of ammo by now," another person said.

But Gale wasn't done.

"He reloaded man," someone said. "I know he did, dude. He reloaded. He reloaded. Get down dude, get down. No!"

After five minutes, Gale has a hostage gripped by the neck. By then, Officer James Niggemeyer had entered the back of the building. He then fired the shot that ended it all. The shot can be heard clearly on the tape.

Other officers immediately run in to assist. Niggemeyer also can be seen on stage, clearly shaken by what just occurred.

Some people in the club immediately approach him and thank him for what he did and pat him on the back.

This photo was taken last summer in Houston texas at an off day from Ozzfest. The show was Black Label, Slayer and Judas Priest.
Most of you have seen just a few of the photos I took that evening of Kerry, Dime and Zakk together. This photo was taken even later in the night upstairs in Priests' dressing room. We had all been hanging out talking and drinking for a few hours, and the guys wanted a group photo. Dime yelled "Hey Dream Catcher-Chad Lee (his nickname for me) get your camera and document this" We took several photos. Until now, these photos have never been shown to anyone, as I had kept the session private. Before the tragedy I had Dime sign an 11x14 print of it for me, as well as Kerry and Zakk. Last weekend I had the guys in Priest finish it including Rob Halford, even though he was not in the photos.
I also had one completely signhed for Vinnie as well.
Rob was so moved by the photo that he asked me to post it for everyone to see, as he thought it was a beautiful moment captured on film, and the fact that I managed to get everyone in the photo to sign it was amazing.
This night was the first time that Kerry , Dime and Zakk had ever been in the same room and photographed together.

My Daughter and I spent Memorial Day with Dime. I still can't believe he's gone. We brought some flowers and spent about an hour just hangin out and thinkin about him. There are alot of lipstick kiss marks on his headstone, lot's of hand written notes and guitar picks and personal items, and we left some of our own words for him.

Anybody know what caused the patch of damage to the paintwork in between the pickups?
Where there is just the bare wood showing underneath.

Its almost like a picking position wear mark, but its too high.
I've seen older pics too where its not so bad.

Just a question i've wondered for a while!

Ok, so me and my brother were chilling in my garage drinking beer, nothing odd there. We're listening to this mix CD he made a couple of years ago, before Napster was all taboo. When all of a sudden this song by band called Primer 55 pops on with the same guitar intro as Save Me by Damageplan.

Now I'm having a hard time finding said Primer 55 song but I'm telling you guys, my mouth hit the floor when I heard this. I was like "now there is no way in hell that Dime ripped that intro off." We listened to it again and again and sure as crap it was there note for note the same intro to this song as to Save Me.

I have no idea what the name of the Primer 55 song is but I'm guessing it's about 3 years old.

If anybody can shed any light on this let me know ASAP. I'm currently surching for this song. I'm going to see if I can rip it off that CD next time so I can post it here and see you get the same reaction I did.

Who knows. I was just curious to see how many people viewed this so they think they can start wearing the sames ones and hopefully automatically play as good as him without practicing.

Just got this back from the frame shop today. The print itself is 30x40 with double matte and framne it's about 3 feet tall and 4 feet wide.
I took the photo at Dime's house on October 23, had the band sign it on November 20.
Now proudly hanging in my gallery.

Ok I decided to mess around with my X2 and plug in my PQ-4 to it with my Boss RGE-10 band EQ, the result was amazing, I instantly got the Far Beyond Driven tone. Bad thing is I could not get it to stop feeding back, even with the volume knob down or the strings muted. I think it could possibly be the Boss EQ thats causing it, I dont know why though. If anyone can help me one this, please do so. That tone was awesome. I remember someone saying that they tried hooking up a PQ-4 or PQ-3 to the X2 and it caused clipping, well it did do that when it was in the effects loop but not in front of the amp.

Dudes, i am in need of help and your the ones with the know how. I have myself a decent dime333 with a dimebucker in the bridge and a pretty powerful amp Randall WH40 as my aim is to get the dimebag sound nailed i am in need of your help pointing me in the right direction of what tool i need to buy next ?

A digitech whammy? A Dunlop crybaby wah ?

Or anything else that i can widely use whilst jamming all my fave pantera riffs !

I've been playing for 4-5 years, and im 15 years old. I love how Dimebag play'd and he is my guitargod. I do alot of Pantera covering and also i make alot of music with my band. I have about 1000$ now to spend to update my gear or buy some stuff and i need advise from you guys .

I have never been a mutch for testing new amps and I dont know anything about good amps, or what to know before buying one. I'm located in Iceland but it will be no problem with the shipping. I got my Dean from www.music123.com and i love it. Now I need you guys to help me finding a good-sounding amp so i can enjoy my playing - im so tierd of the Marshall that i have - .

I was thinking of getting a real stuff, like dime was starting to use -> KranK <- but i dont know. I play music alot like Pantera to bands like The Haunted. So please help me out, i have never had to think alot about my amp becouse my uncle gave me an old 100w Marshall and im tierd of it
