Eminence Jaguars or Celestion 30's
Hey everyone, new to the forum here. I'm looking for a cabinet for my RH100G2 head and was wondering which speakers are better, the jaguars or celestions. Is there a big sound difference or is it just a matter of personal opinion?

Did anyone go? How was it? Video? Pics?
Original DFH or Original DOFlame?
i heard/read that the Dime-O-Flame was Dimes favorite guitar.
did they mean his favorite New guitar? or ever? do we know?
im really curious about that.
i know the DFH was "old Fathfull" and had served him well. but was the DOF his favorite? or just a "new Favorite"?
Heres a very short crappy recording of me and my X2 recorded with my digital camera with plenty of mistakes. This is no how any shape or form me trying to impersonate Dime. <---for the critics. Its just a short Pantera jam to show what my X2 sounds like. There are no leads, (working on it). I got a little nervous once I pushed the record button so please be gentle. For those that want my clip of the Century 200, I will get one up as soon as I can so there is a good comparison of these amps. I will also be getting a better memory clard for my camera as this one only holds just over a minute of video.
Anyway, it was recorded with my Dean FBD into ISP Decimator straight into the amp. Nothing in the effects loop. Full stack form. I know it sounds like there is too much bass but its only up halfway.

Ok, I`m totally desperate!
I`ve searched all torrents, theyre all dead, rapidshare, megaupload, all deleted, irc packs, all withdrawn..... I have browsed for over 100 sites now, and couldn`t find working link to download Metal Magic album.
I guess someone here must have a good quality mp3 album, and a broadband connection, willing to and share it via rapidshare, savefile.com, megaupload.... Please help me, I`m desperate!
anyone ever found a decent one? all the ones ive found haven't sounded right at all.. or rather the only one i have found and its everywhere...
Anyone wanna see my pimped up razorback ??
I like the dimebucker but been there done that and i was definitly gonna be trying a bareknuckle pickup regardless, and this seemed perfect !
It is a miracle man black/camo covered and it sounds amazing, very bright and also feeds the amp and effects with a signal that comes out with a hefty chunk.
I bought some black and silver enamel paint for touching up my pointy devil axe (almost daily) and decided to keep going with it.
so please let me know what you think, i think it looks not bad at all, plus its unique !

A year and a half later it hits me
I know Dime ment alot to many people. More than I could ever imagine. I didnt really get into Pantera/Dime untill right before everything happend.
And now, after all this time it finnaly hits me. I now can truely say that I understand just a fraction of what Dime did for the music community. Not just as a guitarist in some band. He was a beautiful human. He was a genuine man who was funny but knew when it was time to step up.
I feel so...confused. How could anyone have anything but love for a man who wouldnt turn his back on anyone, especialy the fans that he was so generous to.
I dont know if my post really means anythin to anybody right now. It's been a while, but its still fresh in the minds of alot of people as well.
I wont forget Dime or the music that he helped create. I wish the best for his friends, family, and his fans. Especialy Vinnie, Pat, and Bob, Rex, and even Phil. Those dudes who were closer to him than most truely lost more than a brother.
Miss you man. Alot of people do.

I was watching dimevision and in the scene when they are at the krank offices and he plays that lick that is half walk solo half somethin else, well I thought it was pretty cool and since I know the walk solo thought it would be pretty easy... right... I've been sitting here for 3 hours trying to figure out that last part of it, usually if it's a song I can slow it down to figure out the notes, anyone want to chime in and help before I break something??
Black Toothhh!!!

So hello buddy's
MAn Im all in the summer mood. It's 20° here in Iceland imagine that. I have been learning my ass off because of all the exams im going in but hey its getting shorter to the end of the school and I was thinking. Im going to throw a litle Pantera - (dimebag darrell tribute party) And I wanted to know do you guys know how Dime mixed his Black tooth ?
Thx pal's and have a good summer
Eagle from Iceland
Hey, I was really bored so I did some mucking about on Photoshop, let me known what you think. It's like a Dime tribute thing.
"old school" Dime pics and some amp info.........
Some interesting info on Dime's amps....
Notice the "newer" Dime pic, just wanted to point out
more proof that Dime DID in fact use RG-100 ESs.
Still have no clue as to why Dime said he used RG100H
in the Riffer Madness book. He's VERY accurate on his
writing. Maybe he just used the RG-100 ESs for
touring??? Don't know, but I also saw Dime use
RG-100 ESs on stage back in 1984 cover tune
"Seek And Destroy". If you have Dimevision, you
can pause it to that scene. It clearly shows those
heads. Basically Dime was using RG-100ESs since day 1 up
until like VDOP. Dime said himself that he would have used
the C200s on TGSKT, but he said during recording, "if
it ain't broke, don't fix it!" So, the Rg-100s stayed
on that album. Also interesting, on the 2000 album
RTS, most of what you here is the Century 200s,
NOT the proto Warheads. Dime said they were
delayed, so only few parts were used w/Warheads.
I just wanted to throw these up here, for shitzz and gigglezz....
Looks like Dime playing the "Walk" solo here, during the
"echoing/slide effect".
All out "spandexed and teased hair" phase!!! LOL!
DiMarzio S.D. + BL XL500 right?
Is that what Dime used in the original DFH??? I thought the super distortions were bridge pick ups... hahaha he was whacky
I want to replace the stock pups in the dime slime, and a SD and a BL will save me alot of money compared to a couple duncans...
Hi im Simon im new to the Dean forum, um im a big fan of Dimebag ovibously my friend saw it fit to nickname me Simebag but the point of this post is to talk about the way Dean guitars has taken Dimebags memory and turned it into a money maker. Ive discussed this in other forums and people seem to have the same veiw as me. I see nothing wrong with people wanting to pay tribute to Dime by buying a signature guitar which he himself designed when he was alive or even if u wanted to get a custom guitar made like Dimes however the new release of Dimebag guitar is putting me off the way Dean is looking after Dimes memory. i dont exactly now if Dime was ever able to look over these new models or not but i think that Dean is seriously just trying to make money i also dont no if Vinne or Dimes family had any invovlment in this but i think its gotten a bit out of hand Dime's memory should be honoured by all his fans and Dean Guitars should look at what they are doing and see if they are really trying to pay tribute to Dime or just trying to make a quick buck off his name....neways i was wondering what you thought about this am i wrong or do you agree?

Can anyone help me out with my dimevision??
I received my dimevision today and studied the case and dics to see if it was a fake, it looked ok so then i tried it out. It worked no probs then as i flipped through it the sound that plays as you complete burning a dvd with decrypter played !!!! I played it over and over at the same part and sure as hell the sound is ON the dvd and plays over the sound.
What i want is pics or info on what your dvd's look like, is there a serial number unique to each dvd ??? I may just be paranoid here but ebay gets me that way. Any help is appreciated guys.
Cheers.
Hello all! Allow me to introduce myself, I am Tom Rhodes a soon to be dean owner here in sunny England, I've been playing around a year and a half and self taught. I've been doing nothing but reading the forums for about a month so I thought i'd join in preperation for my 79 MiLF. I originally owned an ibanez GRG (Cheap RG) but I sold that in perperation for my Dean so I am currently playing a borrowed epiphone SG special with an L-500XL in it. (BLUSA, I know how people think but I wanted it, and im quite satisfied ) I'm Currently forming a (Metal - Similar to pantera/metallica (No silly emo screaming)) band/writing material for laughs. So there you have it here I am and a nice hello to anyone out there.
Question time! ML owners, I'm going to uni (Hopefully) later on in the year and i'm looking for a thick padded gig-bag to fit my upcoming 79MLF ( ) I'm looking for one with backpack straps and maybe the odd pocket but the main thing is thick padding and backpack straps, if anyone can help me out i'll love you forever!
Thanks a bundle - TomTomTomTom

Hiya Fellas
wondering if anyone can help a brotha out here, i'm desperately tryin to find a really good pic of the Blacktooth tattoo that Dime had on his left shin.
I'm considering gettin exactly the same tat done at the same time as my Dean/Dime trib one i designed, but need a pic so i can get a quote from my tattooist.
Can anyone help pls ?
I'm looking to get a Dime guitar, and I'd like to know; should I fork over $1000.00 for a DFH or spend a bit less and get an equally as badass Jeep-Bolt
i have been wondering how to make custom razorbacks... do you need a program? Is there a free program?
Randall RH100 G2 problems!!???
Hey guys, I just got a new Randall RH100 G2 yesterday. Plugged it in, hooked it to my XL cab and fired it up. Problem is that when you turn all the levels up to 10 it sound like it's not even on 1, barely even audible. Anyone else have this problem? I switched guitar cables, speaker cables, and even plugged my C170 back into the cab to make sure it was ok but nope it's the RH100. I emailed the pud at Strummers music where I bought it from and he won't reply. It was also sold to me as "brand new" but it arrived repackaged and retaped. Yeah newly defective and resold! Anyone have any suggestions?
in alot of his interviews, he says he took only one lesson when he was stuck in a rut. if hes never had lessons, and he claimed that he never wanted to sit down and learn theory, how does he know so much, i always watch him in videos playing scales, and he was always talking about keys and chords and stuff. did his father teach him?

Okay guys. Since the PANTERA BTM debuted, there's been a bit of hostility. I myself a was a little fuckinghostile about it. And understandably so. Lets get back to being brotherly to everyone and as Ron Burgundy said, "Agree to disagree".

My journey with the PQ3
by Malek on Sun May 14, 2006 6:56 pm
So here is my sob story on my adventure on gettin one of these. A few weeks ago I had a Behringer Ultragraph EQ I was gettin rid of, so I figured I'd head down to Motor City Guitar and see if they've got a Furman PQ3 I might be able to get for this eq. I give em a call one weekend and they said they had none in stock. So the next weekend I head down there anyways to see what's available. I end up trading for a BBE sonic maximizer which was pretty decent I suppose. Then I ask about the Furman and the owner tells me they had one the previous weekend when I called! And a guy that works there bought it for $65!! What a douche!!
So fast-forward to last nite. I was cruisin the ol ebay and found one for cheap, like $30 cheap. I bid and instantly am outbid. 6 times I did this, outbid instantly by the same guy. Finally get it to $70. I feel that is decent enough, and I stay the high bidder all nite which was great since it had until 11:30 this morning. Get up, check out my win and the same guy won it at the last minute! Cruise around some more for another one and I find another for $30. The only problem is that he won't take money orders and I have no credit card or bank account for that matter(never liked other people handling my assets). So basically I'm still in the dark as to the greatness of these, and ebay hates me.
yesterday don't mean s#%t - the video
i think y.d.m.s. is one of the best pantera songs but there was never a video done for it.
so today while listening to reinventing the steel it came to my mind:
why not make a pantera video out of other pantera videos???
and after about 1 hour of hard work it was done:
http://www.megaupload.com/de/?d=35NT1IRC
(i already sized it down but its still about 23 mb sry)
you might need the divx codec to play it.
tell me what you think about it
Stunning performance of "In This River"
I missed my chance to see BLS live last year so I missed seeing this song live. Which was a BIG mistake!

what do you guys think is the better deal, a dean dime-o-flage or an ibanez rg321. does anyone here use the dean dime-o-flage and what are your thoughts on this guitar.
Well I've been lookin all over the internet and every dang Pantera message board I've found either has a bunch of Racist/Nazi trash all over it (I have no idea how that happened) or just has about 3,000 members that never friggin post. So I made my own, dunno if it'll work but we'll see. Anyway, be cool if some of you guys could check it out.

I plan on getting a tattoo of Dime this summer, but I can't find the right picture of him. I've looked all over the web and stuff, I've found some good ones, but I'm not sure if any of them are like THE one I'm gonna get. So, I'm askin' if anyone could post some bad ass pictures of him, just bein Dime, frackin' chunkin' on stage or somethin' that would be awesome. I could really use the help.
I wonder what Dimebag would have looked like playing his creations(Razorbacks). I wonder if he would have used it on the second Damageplan album if he hadn't been killed. I know its kind of stupid and corny, but I've always wondered ever since I read that the Proto of the Rust, wich is dime's, came in the day after his death.

So If somebody can give me some sample ( audio or video ) of his X2 without a lot a effect ( to really know how it sound ) It'll be very nice and cool !
And when ( what album or tour ) did Dimebag use this head ?
Thanks a lot dudes ! Dean rules
I know this has probably been asked before & i'll probably get laughed at over it. I was wondering what kind of ml dimebag was playing on stage at the monsters or rock show during primal concrete sledge ? you know the 1 with a inverted jackson style headstock and sharkfin inlays. Allways wondered about it and never found the answer. [/b]

Awesome Dime poem.
by Rickyg on Wed May 17, 2006 4:31 pm
Hey guys, my friend Tweek wrote this freaking awesome poem for Dime. check it out....
Rock man, its touched our lives
With Hendrix, Cobain, and all them guys.
But Dimebag, he touched us all
Rockin out and bouncing off the walls.
He was a saint the way he could unleash his skill.
Its a dam shame some crack head felt the need to kill
On that dark night when all was calm
He came jumpin out in the middle of their song.
Shootin everything in sight
That motherfukker killed Dime that nite.
But he aint dead
hell no, he will live on forever inside our head.
Whenever a kid is playin his guitar
Dimebag will be there at the bar.
Makin a toast to all his fans
as we remember how he jammed.
Rockin out on his guitar, he was the coolest thing
and at that moment he was the best dam human being
Because of you, rock is here to stay
You know your fans wouldn't have it any other way
So rest in peace Dime, your music will never die
Mayve we will se you at your concert in the sky.
I thought this was pretty freaking awesome. One interesting thing is that this friend of mine doesn't even play guitar, thats how much of an impact Dime had on everyone!

I am looking to have a conf. flag graphic done on an ML but it's going to be the distressed (wavey) flag. I am sure you all know what I am talking about. There is a thread on it in the dealer section. I wanted to see if you guys could draw me up one so that I can pass it on to my contact.

Ted Nugent Catches Hell...
Metal Sludge culled some of the reactions to the Nuge's comments.I think they took some from the thread that was here earlier.
Ted Nugent talks some s#%t on Dime & Pantera!
Ted Nugent = A frippin Jack ass
Just when you think you've heard it all something comes along and makes you wonder. Like the recent comments made by Ted Nugent about Darrell "Dimebag" Abbott (RIP) and the group Pantera.
According to BLABBERMOUTH.NET
TED NUGENT Says PANTERA's Version Of 'Cat Scratch Fever' Had 'No Soul, No Balls' - May 14, 2006
Ted Nugent has slammed PANTERA's cover of his signature tune "Cat Scratch Fever" as having "no soul, no balls" and "no feel," adding that the members of PANTERA appeared as "Ozzy-like zombies on TV" whose conduct on stage went against his lifelong anti-drugs and -drink stance.
Responding to a fan posting on Nugent's official message board (dubbed "The Nuge Board") about late PANTERA guitarist "Dimebag" Darrell Abbott and the VH1 "Behind the Music" special on PANTERA that premiered this past Thursday, Ted (who posts on the message board under the name "Nuge") wrote that he "never thought too highly of anyone foolish enough to take on the nickname of a life-destroying dope product and promote such family-destroying conduct on stage."
When another fan pointed out that Dimebag "loved" Nugent's music and that he had stated in a magazine interview that he often played some of Ted's riffs before a show to loosen up the fingers — going so far as to cover "Cat Scratch Fever" for the 1999 "Detroit Rock City" soundtrack — Nugent responded, "though I'm no expert on all things PANTERA, I did hear their version of 'Cat Scratch Fever' and it was exceedingly white. No soul, no balls, no feel. Caucasian all the way. Elements of dope, booze and heroin disconnect quite apparent as usual. There is no excuse for such horrifically negative, irresponsible, criminal, America-wrecking behavior as such chimp-like substance abuse. Period. They appeared as Ozzy-like zombies on TV. Ya think. American drunks and dopers are allahpuke terrorists' favorite allies. Damn them. Damn them all."
After the fan who started the original thread (who calls himself "the_A_team") defended Dimebag by saying that "you have to at least respect Dime as a guitarist," adding that "even though he did drugs, I heard he didn't do very many," Nugent replied, "I indeed do respect all people for the positives in their life. Sadly, there comes a time of diminishing returns in the balance. At the end of the day, my respect is reserved for those solidly in the asset column of mankind."
Check out the original thread on "The Nuge Board" at this location HERE.
Ted, what can anyone say but wow. What a bunch of lame macho #$%@ that was. Looks like some of your die-hard fans even think you're a real jack ass for those comments. Let's see what they have to say.
Didn't Nugent marry a 14 year old? Or become her legal guardian so he could %$#@! her? frippin piece of s#%t pervert. That's not very "solidly in the asset column of mankind." By: IggyPopWillEatItself
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------
I believe he transported an underage girl across a state or border line so he could legally %$#@! her. Steven Tyler did the legal guardian thing so he could nail a 14 year old. By: Shocked_The_Monkey
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Yes. I have a newfound disrespect for him now. By: OU812
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Didn't Ted used to smoke weed? He needs to and calm the %$#@! down.
It's hard to still like your classic s#%t, 'nuge.. when you come off like such a heartless robotic jackass all the time... with some huge bug up your ass. Maybe ya should hunt that frippin bug up your ass, Ted?!?!
Ypu might find it good eatin'!! By: SubhumanYeti
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Ted should know about having no soul. He hsan't put out an album with it in 20 years. Ted Nugent is a frippin punk, he has thrown his career away by being a punk and running his mouth. I have to wonder about somebody who spends so much time making sure that everybody knows what a badass he is.
By: JackDrugless
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
So Dime was named after a "harmful, life-taking substance?" The only thing life-taking in Dime's situation was that diseased %$#@! being able to get a gun. Now, someone remind me: Which musician in that article has a legendary
hard-on for firearms? Ah yes. By: WomenLeatherAndHell
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Ted Nugent is a frippin has-been moron who hasn't done anything relevant in 20 years. Is he still doing that @#$%&$@ ass crossbow at Sadam Hussein s#%t at his concerts? Marijuana never killed anybody, yet idiots with guns have. How ironic. Here's to Ted getting hot lead up his ass on the next Surviving Nugent. By: The_Hostile_One
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Teds always been one to speak his mind. He is intelligent as hell, witty, and alwyas has a quick comeback, but his drivel can get old.
Baggin on Dime is crap, and Nuge knows it. The buddy has admitted countless times to never doing drugs and rarely if ever having a drink. He once admitted to loving Hendrix to death, but losing respect for the man when Hendrix offered him a joint.
In the same interview, he admitted to being addicted to chihuahua. Specifically young underage chihuahua. And yes, he conned some 16 year old girls parents into having him made legal custodian to their daughter, whom he had been having sex with for 2 years anyway, just so he could marry her.
I don't know about all of you, but if some older guy gave my little underage sisters drugs, I would have a talk with the guy. Now if he @#%$@!!& her...he would have 6 bullet holes in his chest and be pig dinner on some dudes farm.
The nuge has no right whatsoever to talk smack about Dime, cause he aint so lilly white himself. By: LowEndMonster

"family-destroying" How about you cheating on your wives for years?
I saw an interview in which Nugent's daughters Sasha and Star talked about kicking groupies out of Nugent's house that were the same age(or close) as them. And what about the illegitimate kid Nugent had with the New Jersey woman while married to Shemane??
Article is right HERE!
Check your own backyard "hunter". Before you talk s#%t about someone else. Dime was loved by almost all. Nugent is hated by almost all.

This man you have no respect for, who's nick name started out as Diamond not Dimebag, is without a doubt one of the 3 most influential heavy metal guitar players since Edward Van Halen. The others being Slash & Zakk Wylde in our opinion.
Actually you might have slipped below Gene Simmons with your ego on this one. Gene never pulls a punch, but a subject such as Darrell's unfortunate murder would leave most to believe that comments like yours are better left unsaid. Again in our opinion they are completely uncalled for and total #$%@.
We will agree with you that the chemicals that many use are not a good thing. I myself am 40 years old and have had lifelong sobriety. I've never been drunk not a day in my life, nor do I casually use any of the "things" you find to be foolish and criminal. Who am I to you? It probably doesn't matter. I can also boast that I have never killed a deer, bear, duck or any other innocent animal. And for the record: I think hunting is lame. Even though I grew up in Wisconsin I never felt the need to follow all of my uncles, friends, or neighbors into the woods with a gun at age 12 to kill a deer.
You stand among the minority in some of your flawed views Mr. bad bow n' arrow shot. Yeah, we all watched you on Mtv "Cribs" miss the target while it was set up in your frippin basement from less than 20 yards. So much for your bragging! The minority meaning, many more men & women in America smoke cigarrettes and/or drink beer daily than shoot guns or kill animals. So, when you go off on people and immediately "lose respect" for them because they are holding a beer - you are the moron. Darrell "Dimebag" Abbott should be respected as a human being and a fellow musician first. The fact that he was taken from this world in such a shitty way (with a gun no doubt) is bad enough, but your recent careless comments can only be viewed as lame and add insult to the legacy he left behind.

Interview With Rita...
by JACKHOLE on Thu May 18, 2006 12:00 am
DIMEBAG's Girlfriend On His Murder: 'I Take Comfort In Knowing That He Didn't See It Coming' - May 13, 2006
Metal Edge magazine recently conducted an interview with Rita Haney, the longtime girlfriend of late PANTERA/DAMAGEPLAN guitarist "Dimebag" Darrell Abbott. A couple of excerpts from the chat follow:
Metal Edge: How long have you known the Abbotts?
Rita: I've known him [Darrell] since the third grade — since we were eight years old — we were all friends in the neighborhood. I had relatives that lived a few houses away from Darrell, and I was always there after school. I used to fix him up with my friends. I'd say, 'hey, that chick digs ya', if you wanna hook up.' He became my best friend. Then one night he gave me a ride home from one of their shows — we were about 19 then, and he tried to kiss me, and I was like, 'Weird, but I think I like you too.' And we were together from then on. About 20 years. We didn't believe in the marriage thing — why fix something that ain't broke? Why have someone you don't know tell you it's OK to be with someone you do know? We didn't need the middleman! We had a one-on-one with the man upstairs ourselves."
Metal Edge: Tell us something about Dime that is not common knowledge, something that he would not have ever brought into an interview situation.
Rita: "I used to call him 'The Shithouse Poet.' He was the king of documenting everything! Voice recorder, notes, riffs, video camera — I set up a whole little recording room with his guitar in the bathroom, and he'd wake up in the middle of the night and jump out of bed. I'd say, 'Is something wrong?' He'd say, 'Nope, just got a riff in my head,' and he'd go lay it down, then come back, jump in bed! I have 7-8 moving boxes full of tapes, most of 'em marked 'Riffs.' Some are not even marked. Every day I go and pop a tape in, and I see what he's got to tell me for the day."
Metal Edge: I bet that keeps you busy.
Rita: "Yeah, there is so much stuff in there, so I just catalog 'em and document 'em, so I know where to put 'em. It is really cool that all of that stuff is here, it keeps me close to him — I went on the road for a while with 'Z' [Zakk Wylde] — to keep myself busy, and it was amazing to see how many people in the metal community support Darrell. It really helped me to have all that love and support around me, it helps me to not deal with what reality really is… being alone. Since I've been out with TRIVIUM, I realize it's the best therapy anyone coud have!"
Metal Edge: Where were you when you got the news about Darrell?
Rita: "I was backing out of the garage in his Escalade, on my way to see MARILYN MANSON with my brother-in-law and sis, and a couple of my close friends, really happy and looking forward to seeing Bobby Tongs and Guy Sykes, who were working the tour, and MANSON, who I'm a big fan of. A number pops up on my phone that I didn't recognize. Something told me to answer it. I hear my name and I go, 'Who is this?' And I hear, 'It's Vinnie Paul. I just saw my brother get shot five times in the back of the head, and I don't have my cell phone with me. Yours is the only GOLDARN' number I can remember.' And he sobbed… I just froze… All I could say was, 'Is this a joke? Are you sure you saw what you saw?' Vinnie said, 'Yeah, I know I did, and the guy is still in here shootin'!' I said, 'Where are you?' Vinnie said, 'I'm in the kitchen with a butcher knife — he's after me!' I felt helpless; there was nothing I could do to help him… I didn't know what to do. An hour or so goes by, and Vinnie kept calling with updates; he kept asking the officers if they could tell him about his brother, and finally one of the guys said, 'Does your brother have a 'Cowboys From Hell' tattoo?' Vinnie said 'Yes', and the officer said, 'I'm sorry, he didn't make it.' When that tour bus came home, and I had to unpack Darrell's bunk knowing that he would never get off that bus, it was the worst feeling that I've ever had. I know nothing will ever feel that bad. The coroner told me that Darrell didn't feel a thing, he didn't even know that it happened to him. I take comfort in knowing that he didn't see it coming — it was instantaneous — and that he had a smile on his face doing something that he truly loved… I will never not think of him."
Metal Edge's entire interview with Rita Haney appears in the magazine's July 2006 issue, available on the newsstands now.
Bless her!

DFH CFH pickup question.....
Hey. I've heard recently that there are some cheap imitations
of the Bill Lawrence L500XL being sold. I was just wondering
if the L500XL in my DFH CFH was a real B.L. or is it a
cheaper version? Probably a stupid question, but I was just
wondering.

i wrote the guy telling him that the auction was way too high and that even though its in nice shape nobody in their right mind would buy it and that he should revise the price. This is what he wrote back to me:
Well dude, thats cool, all I know is that eight years ago in chattanooga they were being sold for 450.00 and you were lucky as hell to find one.Now that ebay has come along some things did change. Also these damn things happen to sound a lot different from one to the next and I have paid the price to make sure that it performs better than a factory set flanger. So if you know these things so good,I know you can appreciate the xtra mile and money spent to obtain that.I don't just buy something and try to turn a profit,I go that xtra mile to make it unbelievable. So if you would like to compare sometime two of these units,I would love and enjoy that duuuuuuuude!!!!!!!!

it could be done man. Cool Idea!
I want to buy 3/4 scale camo pants, and first I wanted to buy that regular olive camo, but then I saw snow camo and liked them alot. I think I saw a pic of Dime wearing snow camo short pants (like Navy SEALs - gray, white and black).
What do you think look cooler? That other ones look like that new Dime O Flage finish...
Oh, yeah, and keep in mind that they shell go with Converse All Stars...
Dean/Peavey clip of Walk solo
I need a better and free video converter. My webcam records in AVI and those files are massive, and this one I downloaded put that stupid text across it. Any suggestions? Anyhoo, it doesn't sync up right, but since a bunch of other people were posting clips, I figured I would as well. I only took about 3 takes without warming up, so it could be better, but it's good enough for what this is.

COMPLETE All original RG-100 ES on the 'bay!

If anyone wants the TGSTK tones, get this! Only
need to add some EQs to get it real close!
For those that want to learn the Pentatonics and a brief explanation of how to use them, I've tabbed them out. Make sure to read the many remarks to get a grasp on how to utilize the patterns. There's very little bandwidth, so if it says it has exceeded its limit, either suggest another place to upload it or wait until later. Good luck.
