....and I really like it. I ordered the brass trem stopper and some noiseless springs from Floyd Upgrades.com. You can dive only, which I don't mind, if you want your trem to float it can be switched back with a turn of a screw. It's worth the 25 bucks I paid, it makes tuning, intonating and changing strings a breeze. They have great customer service too, they ship right away and have videos on how to install all their parts. Check out their site!
The brass does add some sustain too.

I have them in all my guitars. Only complaint is that when you dive and let it back up the block hits the bolt and you can hear the "tink" through the amp. |

Looks like the bracket is a bit close, no? If you want full floating you'll want it a bit farther away to be able to back that bolt head up. I had one of those in an old Dean of mine as well. I used it for string changes and it made it a lot easier. Then I started to use the tremol-no and never looked back. |

I don't plan on using full floating, I hardly even use the bar. I perfer a fixed bridge, but just love the RB too much to sell it. I want to try out one of FU's brass big blocks one of these days. |

Yep, Floyd Upgrades has some awesome stuff. I just bought some Gorgomyte from them and love that stuff. Polishes the frets in a snap. |

I hate steel wool. Besides it is abrasive when the Gorgomyte is not. |

Steel wool makes a mess, it scratches the crap out, and just doesn't do as good of a job. Gorgomyte is just a slightly aggressive cotton cloth soaked (not dripping though) with some abrasive chemical. Little messy on the fingers but makes the neck look better than new. |

Nice,
I also like the FU noiseless springs, I like the Tremol-No though as Lanning said. The Tremol-No adds some sustain too, and like jkkkjkhk said, no "tink" when you come back to zero. And I have foudn that on the Tremol-Nos the thumb screws can rattle a bit. The Tremol-No comes with extra set screws, so
I replace the thumb screws with the set screws.

Not with the Noiseless springs anyway. I have found they work best on dive only and blocked trems. I have had them pop off the spring claw when trying Dime squeals on full floating trems. The coating makes them pretty rigid and they seem to really only flex in one direction. But still a great investement for Dive only and blocked trems. I have yet to try them on a full floating Tremol-No though, the Tremol-No spring claw seems like it would work better in preventing the pop off because of how it's made, where the springs attach is a lot more of a lip. |

I use one of those too on my stealth. I might get another for my razorback. I tried it out and I can still play dr feelgood with that trem stopper. Gorgomyte is awesome too. Both are very affordable. |
