Ok So I got a boner for Dean ML's.... could be worse!
This is a Dean Shadow.... cool fretmarkers, like razorbacks. I might paint it myself something really ugly and hideous, or maybe even send it to Alan???
took a lot of elbow grease to get her clean, hasn't been played for a long while
new coated EB strings, new schaller straplocks, lem-oil for the board, new gator skin strap,... adjusted posts floyd back down to a speedy height, gave it a healthy dose of yank and pull the %$#@! out of the floyd... She's gonna need a new toggle and volume pots.... eh eventually... no biggie and no hurry.
she sounds actually pretty darned good for not having a Duncan in the bridge yet....... I was assuming it was a dimebucker in that bridge when I saw the picture and bought her... but its not.... not even sure what the heck it is,... gfs rail something is my guess.
plays niiiice.. straight fat neck just like my warbird! I like it. Seems easier on my old arthritic hands having that fat neck.

Ok - this is the second time today I have seen this thread....
Three comments:
1. Whoever dies with the most ML's win! And you sir, are in the lead...
2. NGD's are AWESOME!
3. That first picture effing sucks. Fix that dangit. It's like it's an ML so black there can be none blacker and it absorbed all the light so it didn't show up in the photo!!!!
So when you take a break from rocking it, new pic please.
A new whole family shot would be nice, with pickup listings... |

This would be really cool, and to my knowledge, nobody has done a decent copy. There is a really good pic of it in the latest Guitar World. |

I could totally do the bullethole copy myself...
Drill 45 cal holes in from the backsode, close to the surface, then use a dowel of some sort to pound through the front face thus breaking out the face like his is...

those holes are bigger then 45 cal... same exact size as toggle switch nut... BIG!... can't tell if the exploded parts outside of hole is random or done from the front with a dremel tool or something.... hmmm |
