Let's make this awkward with a 4th boner .
I'm assuming that this V is similar to the green 79Z that Gene has, a test of a certain coloring on the 79 series before they actually went into production. |

I almost wonder if somebody refinished the top of a cherry burst or trans brazillia burst V. The finish on the top looks sort of dull but the rest of the finish looks shiny. |

only stripe I see are binding.
Someone did change teh volume and tone knobs though.
