Just buy a Korean made V from another company like Schecter. They may be made in the same factory as Dean lol... Then it will feel similar Otherwise there are plenty of Vs out there from other companies that are non-sig. |

well i believe alot of the tone that i like stems from the v headstocks on my v's.Plus i havent found another company yet that has the same clear tone that my deans do.also Im very fond of the look of my deans they just look badass. id like to see an esoteric v cause i love the headstock on your new guitar.id have to play one for myself before i could make any kind of decision.I try everything i can get my hands on because im always open to finding something better.but everytime i venture off and buy something different i end up selling it a week later except my jackson king v.it plays so amazing but the sound isnt quite beefy enough.id like it more if the pickup was a little closer to the bridge to.ive owned schecters,esps/ltd,gibson,warmoth,jacksons(many),washburns and a bunch of others.I may have to buckle down and buy a used usa dean.but its hard for me to blow over a grand for a guitar thats going to be dragged from club to club and get beat to death.Plus i aint rich with a daughter, studio rent, bills ect.
Dean is home hard to imagine after all these years changing up. |

We are talking about a V right now. I brought it up a few months ago and they loved the design ideas I had and said once they clear some of their orders out we can start working on a prototype. So that will be happening. It won't be cheap though which may be the only drawback for those not wanting to spend that much but everyone has a different opinion on that so you can't make everyone happy all the time. |

I was going to buy one when they came out.then dean got pissed and they made one headstock horn longer than the other(like washburn did)now the headstock looks all jacked playabillitys important but that looks jacked to me. |
