I've been absent for a while, figured I'd pop in and give an update as there's been some additions to the family.
I've customized my rig, thus making it completely worthless in the event I need to sell it. It's an ominous presence on stage though.
My pedal board started to die on me so I replaced it with a piece of 3/4" ply wood and zip tied the pedals to the buddy.
I've also added a couple of guitars to the crowd. For those of you who remember me picking up that Razor Explosion a couple of years ago, and for anyone who's ever wondered what they looked like under that ghastly graphic... I present to you
I picked this bad boy up at GC for a cool $250. Randomly went in for something and spotted it. I always liked that model so I had to have it.
AND the randomest find I'll ever come across I believe. I was doing some photo work for a pawn shop (I'm a photographer you see) and the time came for me to collect my loot from them. The day I went in, they had this thing hanging on the wall. I choked down my surprise and walked over to it and while inspecting it one of the guys came over to me like "you like that huh?"
"Oh...it's pretty cool" I told them that I'd take $150 off their end balance if they threw the guitar in. And here she sits.
That's an actual BL XL in there too. My god do I hate that thing lol.

Thanks. I had a picture of the back of it somewhere but I can't find it now. It's got the Aperture logo and my birthday as a serial number on both cabs. |
