On multiple choice tests when completely lost, go with C
Always take the 2nd item on the grocery shelf. Someone might have tampered with the first one.
Never eat a hot dog at the ballpark before the 3rd inning.
Check for toilet paper availability before sitting down.
Inhale / Exhale / Repeat.
When in doubt, mumble.
The butler did it.
The best advice I ever got was at the start of my junior year in college. When walking into a lecture hall for a class at the beginning of the semester, survey the crowd and take the open seat next to the cutest girl. Forget the aisle seat or the one nearest the exit in the back. Find the hottie, cinch up the backpack and walk straight to that row to take the seat next to her. Then say "hi.......how are you?" Then leave it at that. Don't press the issue. And take good notes! Why? It's really quite simple. If she's cute and doesn't take good notes of her own, she's going to need to borrow someone's class notes or find a study buddy. And if that's the case, you're already sitting next to her. Ba Da Bing!
Bonus advice if you're left-handed........sit in the empty seat on her left. Since most lecture hall fold up desks are for the right handed, you'll have to lean to your right to take notes. Thus, you're leaning in her direction. Proximity. Remember to bathe and not over-do it with the cologne, too.
Be casual about it and DO NOT fall into the Creepy Dude In Lecture Hall mode or follow her around the hall if she changes seats to get away from you.
I feel that it is the responsibility of Our Generation to pass along advice, wisdom and life experience to the Next Generation. And, with that, I'm fulfilling my duty.

Figure out who your favorite artist is and pick your favorite song.
Now research (spend months/years) online, in books, in magazines, videos, interviews, etc... finding out everything there is about that artist and what guitar, pickups, strings, setup, settings they used. Then buy everything they had (especially if they now have a signature guitar) and try for years to duplicate exactly that tone.
Oh, don't forget to get a tattoo of the band logo or the album/song title and dress and wear your hair the same. That will definitely help duplicate the tone that he/she got.
Then once you have just about got it right, realize you are now listening to different music and start again.

It's a blue single cut with Duncan 59's and a rosewood fingerboard, but if it was silver with a OFR, Blackouts and had a strat body I would totally buy it.

My best advice is that after urinating, make sure you don't zip your prick. Of course, you will do something different so I am waiting with baited breath the results of your endeavor |

Justin beiber & Rebecca black are not the best artists ever. I advise do not listen or purchase said artists material. Also call me maybe was definitely not your song for 2012 but since you will do the opposite I waste my thoughts on digital paper. |

OK I woke up with some thoughts and statements... Laugh all you want, or cry, or whatever...
What about when you take a dump at a friend's house and not paying attention you let your kirk rest against the inside of the front of the seat rim..? Then it hits you that your friend likely does the same thing... Does this make you gåy?
The best settings are Bass 10, Mids 0, Treble 10 and Gain 10... Then make sure you sit right in front of the amp. After that please come in the forum and complain about the feedback...
If you have 2 Dimebuckers and a 3 way toggle and you set it to the middle position does that give you a 20 cent bucker?
I watched the Breaking Amish marathon the other day... Yep about 7 hours of Breaking Amish... I almost forgot what the show was about half way through, because the only thing I could think of was "I wonder if these chicks believe in pre-marital sex?" It took almost the whole day to realize they "Broke Amish" so yeah.... They do now. Call me crazy but I dig that Sabrina chick. She's not totally hot but something about her speaks to me.
When I was growing up my dad, also named Lanning (yeah I'm a Jr.) used to call me Lanny. I was convinced my name was Lanny all through elementary school so I signed all my school work "Lanny"... This actually kept up all the way through high school. I started using Lanning after high school when I joined the military when I realized they didn't care what name I grew up with. They scared me back into Lanning and I never turned back. I think I want to go back to Lanny again.
Is it weird that I was born and raised in NYC and don't have an accent? |

My best advice I can give to you,Mr Graunke, is to always wear a condom ifin' you know not where she has been.
On a guitar note always play minor when ever possible. If not then play so fast that no one will know anyways.LOL |

On another note, I watched an episode of Brand X... That's actually a pretty decent show. It's really funny. |

crank the gain, overdrive the everything, highest output pickups you can find and then try and find a noisegate to tame it all without destroying tone. |

Advice? You want advice? Ok, don't eat a ham sandwich and a bowl of beans and then take a hot bath right after..... I just about sh1t the tub today guys. I literally almost didn't make it the foot and a half from the tub to the toilet. Something about that combo of food and then dunking yourself in a hot tub.... JUST DON'T DO IT! I peed out of my a$$ for 15 minutes after that. I was a broken man. |
