It's been a while since I've posted anything on the forum.. spent some time lurking around, and then Hurricane Sandy hit NYC and I spent more time working than breathing.
I picked up a few new Deans back in September and October.
Got a NOS late 90's Z Standard off ebay for a steal, still in the original box with plastic and styrofoam in all the right places:
Also traded a Schecter I had for this sweet V Exotic Bubinga:
I'll throw up a new family shot soon, gotta get a good one taken first. |

Thanks! good to see you too! I kinda missed coming around here. Now that things are kind of returning to normal, I should be back on here more often. |

Korean or USA Z? Nice looking either way! Enjoy and glad Sandy didn't leave ya any more worse for wear. |

The Z is an import. There was some speculation about it for a while because I can't find a serial number on it anywhere. No markings at all, in fact, aside from the Dean logo (I haven't pulled the pups yet, though). Wayne Stoll was actually the one who identified it; the ebay listing just called it a NOS Dean Z. Plays and sounds great, so I can't complain.
I made out okay at home with Sandy, but I was one of the lucky ones. How's things with you? |
