Friend of mine came over a few years back about a month after I bought Louie.
Then he told me as soon as he saw the guitar, that "this guitar will be leaving with him" when he leaves as I am "not left handed and he is, so..."
Well the circle has come around. He has experianced a little hard times and wanted me to sell it for him. HMMMMM. I thought about it.
I had learned a D chord and a one finger E and A when I had it.
Should I try again at lefty and channel a lil MAB influence or maybe better yet convert it to a righty?
Dropped it off with Ben Chafin at Tampa Bay Guitar Repair, he and Mick Donner run that. Great folks!!! New nut and bridge rearrangement and setup. Dean Reverse Z if you will.
Couple more old shots from when I first go this guitar Spring of 2005 IIRC.

I want to see a shot of you playing it reversed. I was always curious what that would look like. |

There's a guy that lives near me that played guitar right handed, then injured one of his hands and taught himself how to play left handed, now he can play both. Weird watching him play |

Playing lefty is not as hard as it initially seems. It just feels awkward at first. I am ambidextrous so I can play rhythm fairly well as long as it's not a superfast tempo song. Soloing is a different story, can't get the strength in my pinkie but then again, I only tried for about two weeks
I say leave Louie as he is and in your spare time when you are bored, try playing Electric Funeral |

To late, it was left at Ben's on Friday.
Bone nut, Bridge saddle rearrangement, setup and cleanup. Should be sweet. I just had a '79 Series on in a backwards way to represent this and it will not be a bad feel at all after the switch. All mods are a quick redo after all.
I have had two offers from lefty guitar players though. |

I'm figuring you know Gibber has, right?
I kinda like my '79 Series Dean Z better. |

Might not be for everyone but it has been fun to blast.
No side dots DOES affect the ability to play this guitar like this. You HAVE to pay attention. |
