Wow! Very cool. Rhoads is one of my main influences. I've never seen any of those before.

something about looking at those makes me kind of sick and strange feeling knowing it was his last show. |

The picture on the Tribute CD shows Ozzy picking up Randy as he's playing the polka dot V. I never realized that pic was from the day he died. |

I had tickets to the show in Orlando the day after he was killed in Leesburg, Florida. Actually I still have the ticket and the newspaper article in a scrap book.
Pat Travers replaced Ozzy for the show.
Wow, they have forums about everything don't they... |

Saw the Ozzy concert here in KC about two months before he died. Simply amazing. It was one of the more bizarre concert events I'd seen up to that time.
Rhoads was unbelievable. You can only imagine how his playing would have progressed over the years.

You were fortunate to have seen him play. I've got crappy video tapes of him. |

RR is missed by many. I drove in a blowing snowstorm to see him in Minneapolis Jan.'82 wouldn't have missed it. I saw Randy 3 times while in Ozzy's band. What a cool lil guy. |

Yup, very fortunate. Saw both the Blizzard tour and the Diary tour.
The Blizzard show was in a small hall with a crowd of somewhere around a thousand. Motorhead was the warm-up act.

You lucky bastard!
Don't you guys think that Ozzy and Randy look alike.
I mean, the first time I saw vid, I thought Ozzy was playing guitar! |

never had the honor of seeing Ozzy with Randy. First Ozzy show was Speak of the Devil tour with Jake on guitar (Brad Gillis already doing that Night Ranger gig at the time) |
