I here you on playing in front of guitar guru's but thanks for taking one for the team.
I play way worse so no worries.
Oh and I'm glad you posted up the rig because that was going to be my next question. |

Actually i was playing that debacle at school so i was playing straight into my roland xl40. Unplugged, then clean, then metal setting.
I tried to edit that into the youtube video but apparently I'm not any better at that then i am at playing guitar ha ha. |

Maybe in Chinese Nostalgia and Time Capsule mean the same thing ?
At any rate I mostly use the bridge pick up. |

Love the matching HS, they did a great job with the color. Odd that you guys made this run and now they have a similar blue ML, new for 2013.
Sucks they can't get some things right even when ordered on a spec sheet. Green dots? No dots till the 3rd fret? Wrong pups? What gives? |

Every Custom run done so far had some kind of screwups on it.It's pathetic that they can't ever get the specs correct.I do agree on the top and matching headstock tho...they did a very nice job on them. |

The truth is for me on a custom is
A. Limited # and unique
B. It's a import not a USA custom shop
C. If I had 3 grand to spend I would either buy a custom built guitar or something cool like a 50 or 45th anniversary Gibson " V" or LPC
Not going to throw everyone under bus over the damn dots and pick ups. pick ups are expendable. I will have to see the dots up close but so far I have not lost sleep over it.
This is my first custom run and my 2nd new guitar and I chose it over getting a nice looking Gibson "V" If it plays good and sounds good it's a win.
I will determine how I feel about my guitar when I see it. |

Not going to through everyone under the bus over the damn dots
and pick ups.
My next guitar will be built be me , maybe a Ed Roman body. I Like the Angel of Death body/neck. |
Might I suggest dennis short. A dean bro and one hell of a builder. |
Short Customs is turning out some good axes. Shorty85 (Daniel Short) builds them. I posted a teaser pic of my explorer that he started. It's a modified shape that is his own and it rocks. |

Thanks for the info, I do remember the pic and he does very nice work. I might talk to him but I want to put something together that I do myself from a kit just for fun. |
