I hate Nickelback Haters. That band is one of the tightest most ass kickin live shows ever. They bust their balls, they write catchy tunes with good hooks, and they arelaughing all the way to the bank.

agreed. If i were them, I would lay in my pile of money in my living room and roll around in it and make it rain on top of myself over and over and over while reading all the dix on the net talk s#%t. then after i was done reading it, i would make it rain again and roll all over it and go take a s#%t and wipe my ass with dollar bills, take a picture of my turd wiped money and post it on whatever forums the haters were hatin, flush and go out to my money tree and get more.

I agree, Nickelback is a great band. One of my favourites actually.

They seem to have figured out the perfect formula for musical success. If you listen to their most recent albums, it's almost as if they are playing music to fit three different genres, which I think is a reason for both their success and the hate they receive.

And yes, they are amazing live!

Nickelback had an early album that had a song on it called "Breathe," and that song was awesome. It's kind of like nothing else they have done. I know they were pushing the song, "Leader of Men" off that album, but I really like "Breathe." It didn't exactly get airplay in a lot of places, but on a funny sidenote it was played during an episode of "Buffy the Vampire Slayer." True.

What I never liked about Nickelback is their sexual laden lyrics... being a father with teenage kids in the house, it does not set a good precedent for kids in their formative years. Other then that, they are a solid band but I would take early Pearl Jam, Soundgarden and Alice in Chains over them anyday

While I'm not a fan of Nickelback, no disrespect intended, I never understood the haters. If you don't like a band, ignore them and listen to the bands you do like.

My Steavens Poundcake (amp) was on their first album though...

I think FOB had better songs than Nickelback. I do like a few of Nickelback's songs for sure, but there's a lot I just think are boring. Not a hater though...

Definitely not a hater, they started and struggled like any other band and didn't reach success until after a few albums. However....

I would take Soundgarden and Alice in Chains over them anyday

The only thing Nickelback ever did that was cool was put one of Dimes solos in a song. They did make a shitton of money throughout their career though. So did Brittney Spears, Celine Dion, Beyonce, Toby Keith, and Justin Timberlake but I'm not about to call that good music either.

To be fair they are back together. Plus I think their songs are considerably better than nickleback songs. I don't consider myself a nickleback hater, but if we're comparing them to fall out boy, I'll hate on them all day. Fall out boy is a much better band.

not into nickleback but they are great writers.the production on their albums is excellent.Song structures are strong ,guitar tones are beefy as hell.they perform well and are very focused that I can respect.there is more to look at then the poppy rock tunes if u look at all the aspects. they got it together.Theres lots of artists I have respect for Ozzy,Madona,Garth brooks,micheal Jackson,justin bieber.James brown,Metallica ect. Laugh all you want but these people are known in every household in the world who listens to any music whether u like them or not.That is an amazing feat to me!Almost everybody has heard of nickleback.

Yeah Nickleback blows but I respect what they do.
