That's what's up! I did the same and it really opened this bad boy up. I think I prefer it through the input on the 8100 also, I like the lil bit of extra eq, and I'm finding a happy balance of the amp gain vs pedal gain on the clean channel |

You're welcome. Now you can see what I'm talking about. I keep telling everyone to stop messing with 9V on those pedals. It's usually followed by 50 questions. I just say try it now, thank me later. |

Based on what mark from misery index said I would say yes. There is such a responsiveness to pick attack it's unreal. Check out his demo on YouTube. He does a little lead action toward the end. |

Billy, the pedal is fine for soloing, I don't see why it wouldn't be.
Mark runs a line selector after the pedal that he runs as a boost IIRC.
The response of the pedal is more in line with a tube amp, improved over even Peavey's "Transtube" stuff. |

Dropped my TM off at my amp tech's shop to have the 4PDT footswitch swapped out to a 3PDT. The 4 poles haven't been as reliable and have been cutting out. The newer TMs like Kronos got has the 3 pole switch. James messaged me about this and offered to swap it out but after shipping it's just cheaper to have it done locally. Rob, I dunno which you have in yours. Open the battery door and shine a light in there. If it's a big green switchboard inside attached to the foot switch then it's the 4. If it's a small blue one then it's the 3. It's actually a pretty easy swap and I have the instructions as well as a diagram if you need it. Don't want your pedal crapping out at a gig due to a faulty switch |

ill check yeah i noticed the switch is kinda crappy and when u switch it on u can hear a pop.How hard would it be to put a 1/4 inch jack on it so i could run any switch with a 1/4 end? |

I don't know what you are trying to ask? The pedal has 1/4" jack on it but you're asking how hard would it be to put one on? Confused.... If you hear a pop then you likely have the old 4pdt switch and need to get the new one installed. |

Love his thing more and more every day. Haven't had any problems with popping to date. I'm running the ISP in the loop too. I'm really looking forward to seeing how my axe with emg's sound through it. Waiting on some pots before I can do that though |

bro, it has a gate on the pedal. run the isp in your amps loop to get rid off ALL the noise before the power amp section. |

i have a rocktron hush super C in the amps loop
i know it sounds insane and overkill but ive been able to dial it in to where i can start and stop with complete dead silence and no feedback at ridonculous volumes right in front of my stack. |

I may be able to do this for you. We start recording the new EP in 2 weeks and I can take it for a quick little test. Our producer has a bunch of different impulses. I'll try and remember.... |

Change of plans. The rocktron super c has got to go. With what I've been playing, I didn't realize my sustain is Dead dead dead. Not good |

I MEANT INSTALLING A REMOTE JACK ON THE PEDAL SO INSTEAD OF RUNNING THE SWITCH ON THE PEDAL I COULD CONNECT ANOTHER PEDAL SWITCH TO IT. |

Oh on like a switching system....? I'm sure it can be modded to do that. I wouldn't know the first thing about how to do it but I'm sure James can do it. Or maybe Jeremy. |

YES MARTIN I REALIZE IT HAS A GATE BUT AT LOUD VOLUMES IT DOESNT WORK WELL SO I USE THE ISP IN THE LOOP.YEAH PROBABLY MIGHT BE BETTER TO RUN THE ISP IN THE LOOP BUT ITS JUST ONE MORE THING TO HOOK UP AT THE SHOW AND ITS REALLY NOT THAT NOISY THE WAY I HAVE IT. |

so inquired about changing the switch but since mine has the sidetrack its necessary for the 4 dp so that can work he says hes working on finding a better switch for these. |

You'd have to run a relay setup to achive a remote switch. The cheapest way i know of is my TGC-1 http://championpedals.com/tgc1.htm |

I ended up just getting a pedal from american loopers off ebay and putting the 3 things i use in line in one of the loops.they make good stuff true bypass quiet switching. |
