Anyone get "Offical Truth" yet? Came out this week. I'm picking it up today. Supposed to be really good. A friend of mine got it early on a preorder deal and said it's pretty crazy.

You ever been to his old house? I thought I heard u say u had been to Dimes before? My buddy J.P. Ended up buying it from him, right across from Vinnie..But he sold it , moved to Colorado...I need to get that book cause I know he had other projects going on and left like Phil, according to Dime, VP... I wanna hear every side of the story.

Got it and read it. It was a very good book, lots of cool info and stuff about Pantera and what happened.

I thought it was a good read. There were alot of jabs (some subtle, some not) at VP in there. Nice to finally hear a band member's perspective of the whole situation.

I gotta admit, every one of those dudes is/were very candid and personable. It's one of the things that made them so popular.. the fans could relate to them. I miss Dime and I miss Pantera, but I'm thankful for the time we had with them.

I haven't read but know him & he said he made Rex's cereer! Shocked

I think they each played their Role cause Rex was a Great BASS player & that was a Huge part of their Sound! Can't wait to read it!

Phil was a GREAT Frontman, Dime was, well u know "Dime" Cool

, Vinnie could Produce & bang those Drums with a Good Double Kick!

All good things must come to an end, sad, but at least I can say I met them, saw em' SO MANY damn times & random , but got to see some of the BEST FIGHTS in any MOSH PIT You will ever see! Laughing

Between the PITS and the Craziness & LOUD Jammin' on stage , it was like watching the END OF THE WORLD happen right in front of your face! Twisted Evil

It's such a good book. I finished it in a day and a half! I couldn't put it down for anything! NOT EVEN TO PLAY GUITAR!!!! Lol.

WOW & WHOA!
I am only just barely into it, & being from Arlington & knowing some of these things already is kinda Wild!
Although I cannot understand words that were exchanged on one page that I read, but so Far I Truly believe Every word Rex says! Cause living here in Arlington you here a LOT, & Crazy about a few things I have Heard before and he Verified it!

I also have a Lot of Family & Friends Buried at Moore & Sons Funeral Home, & , well it Burns you out going to Funerals, & I have been to a LOT!!! Those who read might understand what I am saying, or Heck anyone with experience in General...I'm not giving anything away or trying to Down the mood by saying that, but all in all, I just Gotta say is It's starting out pretty Darn Good & Hardcore! Shocked

Oh yeah, & SCREW THE EFFIN' MEDIA!
