I have been asked as to what pickups are in the '79 series. Curious myself, I went to the section of the site with '79 series information only to find that there is no technical specifications for these guitars! 1) Does anyone know what pickups are in the '79 series (the Select series too)? 2) Why isn't there any technical info on these guitars?

The guys in Clearwater are supposed to be getting a complete and detailed spec list together on all models. Everything that we are supposed to want to know should be on there. When I get mine, I will let you all know. It should tell us these things.

actually, they are new models from "KimChee"..
the neck is the "Spicy" model and the bridge is the "Extra Spicy" model..  |
