Hey guys, as you can see i am new to the forums, so please forgive me if this question is asked constantly but an answer would be much appreciated. I am very interested in purchasing a Hard Tail, however, as you can tell by the Username, I am a lefty. So I was wondering if they make lefty hard tails. thanks. |

Hi and welcome to the forum!
You could ask Dave @ www.basstreble.com if that is possible. Just send him an email or pm him here, he's moniker is basstreble. Dave is the man if you are buying a Dean, he will take care of you.

There has been at least one(probably more......) lefthanded Hardtail.
Get in touch with Dave. He'd be able to find out for sure of their availability.
Good luck in the hunt.

Killer looking guitar. It's a shame that it's not for right handed, it would fit nicely with your new custom

DOA = Dean Owners of America
You don't have to own a Dean to join.
You don't have to live in America to join.
If you wish to join, send an email to doa_jim@hotmail.com with:
1. name
2. address
3. phone #
4. screen name as registered here on the forum
5. email address
I'll respond with your very own personalized DOA Membership Number.
What's it for? What's it all about? Well, for that explanation, I'll turn it over to the DOA spokesperson Paul Plonker.......
"Thanks Jim. There are several spiffy perks to being a bona fide member of the DOA. A few of them are.....
- The chance to purchase a limited edition DOA-members-only guitar, usually limited to a small production run. The 2004 version will not be unveiled until DOA III in February 2004.
- The possible chance to purchase a matching DOA-members-only bass
- The opportunity to purchase a nifty DOA t-shirt and/or DOA guitar picks direct from Dean
- The chance of a lifetime to actually attend DOA III in person at the Dean corporate headquarters/braintrust in Clearwater Florida in late February 2004. Schmooze and rub elbows with the movers and shakers of Dean Guitars. Have a cocktail. Grab a bite to eat. Get your picture taken with Brave Dave. Ask nice, slip him five bucks and he might even autograph it for you. Hang out in the Dean Artists Room and be dazzled by the largest known collection of Dean vintage guitars. Mostly, stand there and gawk at all of those fine guitars that you've never been able to see before in person. Meet your fellow Forum members. Allegedly, there's a Russian Cage Wrestling Match on the schedule, but that's mostly hearsay. Ride with Dave from the hotel and make U-turns. From what I hear, lots of them.
Who could ask for anything more in a loosely-organized organization? Now, back to you, Jim..........."
Thanks Paul. If you're still interested(and who wouldn't be, right?), fire off that email with the details and I'll get you signed up.
