Let it snow, let it snow, let it snow....
We're supposed to get a foot here in central PA. And it's our first storm of the season. Woo Hoo ! Bad thing is, I have a gig sat. night. I hope The weather does not keep too many people home. |

Good luck to everyone who's getting snowed in lately...my best friend goes to school at Villanova and another's in Albany, so I know what's goin on. Try to stay warm, everyone. |

It's weird that we don't have any snow here yet. Usually this time around there's been plenty.

16 1/2" so far with, 6 FOOT Snow drifts !!!! 50-60 MPH Gusts, the ocean breached the fore dunes here today at high tide and the road on to the Island was closed because it was breached.
We are getting hammered like I haven't seen for about 4 years full NorEaster with the Ocean effect to boot a double whammy. |

That'd be exactly zero here.
And I don't miss it a bit. Years ago, living up near where Mikendi was, I got really tired of trying to figure out which antenna poking up out of the snow belonged to my car.
Phtt.
You kin have it.

Rain to sleet to snow on Tuesday night in the midwest. Not a deep blanket, but that sheet of ice underneath the junk on the roads has made it interesting.

We ended up with 32" total from last weekends storm. I had several 8-9' snowdrifts in my yard. The causeway onto the Island was breached during both high tides last Sunday and Monday. There was no way on or off the island for about 4 hours at each high tide. I recorded 65MPH gusts at one point during the storm. Most of the snow melted Tursday and Friday, but there is another Nor'Easter forcast for tonight into tomorrow.
