I've been looking at getting the Boss GT6B or Digitech BNX3 pedalboard... just curious to see if any of the other bottom feeders around here have one or have tried one... opinions and such are requested...

Yup, I have BOSS GT-6B,
This multieffect processor is great !!
It has everything !
I can't compare it to anything else on the marked, cuz this is the only pedalboard I've tried, but I haven't used it at gigs, only for rehearsals and at home !

Any particular reason you don't use it live?...
I picked one of these up Saturday at the local GC ( GT6B)... and the preset patches are pretty cool, but I'm gonna dig into the manual tonight and start editing some new ones... do you find it hard to edit the patches, or have you used it enough to know your way around the unit pretty well?...

For the hard rock we have played so far I think my GK amp does the job, I bought it because we try to change our song list a little, going a little more prog. and for that the gt6b is absolutely great !
I read the whole manual before I used it, and it takes just a few minutes to learn how the thing works.
It took some time for me to get used to because every digital pedal steals some volume, and when I pressed bypass the amp almost blowed skyhigh... hehehe....
Editing the patches is no problem at all !
Have fun
I think you're gonna love it Dave !!
