Another question from the person that really only knows how to plug the thing in, turn it on and turn it up (not a bad sequence to follow)
Was thinking of picking up one of those Epiphone Iommi SG's, but the current ones only have the Cross Inlays to the 12th fret. Is it a super pain the buttocks to have 4 more done at a custom shop - don't trust myself to do much other than change strings.
thx. |

No, not hard, but you will pay a little for it. Typically they have to remove the frets, do the inlay. re-radius and re-fret. Soooo, you'd be paying for all that...not cheap if you want it done right.
Personally, I'd just skip it....
Just my 2 cents.
PEACE OUT! |

I could have Doug dmara do it for you for a very reasonable price my man. You only need four done? I think we could swing it for approx. $100 plus shipping. Let me know, if you're interested I'll run it by Doug. |

He accidentally dropped it and it got a small fissure crack in the neck/headstock. It was a very repairable crack, but one that needs to eb done, before moisture can settle ina dn make it worse. |

Thats not a bad price for it. shoot, I have a fender strat neck that needs a refret that I've been quoted higher prices on. If he'll do the inlay work for $100, take him up on it. |
