Lol. Sweet amps man. How come Peavey players don't use Peavey cabs? I've always wondered... |

Cool, you've got both of there together in the same room! How about a comparison?
Which one is more brutal? more versital? less noise? etc. etc. etc. ???
Which one is better for a deep low end crunch? |

I see you HAVE been a good boy.....or at least pay the bills on time. I got 4 KISS/Aerosmith shows for Christmas. They came 2 in September and 2 earlier this month. Oh yeah, almost forgot that Dean Korina V Santa sent my way on Halloween. |

YEAH. BOUGHT AND PAID FOR. I DONT OWN ANY CREDIT CARDS CEPT FOR MY CHECKING ACCOUNT VISA.
SOMEONE ASKED FOR A RUN DOWN ON THEM ...
THIS IS MY OPINOIN. THE AMPS SOUND INCEDIBLE TOGETHER OR APART. THE TRIPLE XXX IS MORE VERSATILE.
5150II IS BASICALLY A METAL AMP BUT CAN BE DIALED IN FOR OTHER STYLES.THE EQ SECTION COULD BE BETTER . IT DOESNT PRODUCE VERY MUCH BASS TONES . THE CLEAN CHANNEL IS OK AT BEST. BRUTAL OVER THE TOP GAIN SECTION. 6 PREAMP TUBES
TRIPLE XXX IS ALOT BETTER AMP IMHO
IT HAS A GREAT EQ SECTION
AWESOME GAIN
GOOD CLEAN CHANNEL
ACTIVE EFX LOOP
BUILT IN NOISE GATE
BOTH AMPS HAVE SOMETHING THE OTHER DOESNT AND WOULD APPEAL TO DIFFERNT STYLES DIFFERENTLY. I THINK THE 5150II IS MORE FOR METAL AND THE XXX CAN BE USED FOR EVERYTHING |
