The whole thing really gauls me. This is movie material like "Wag the Dog" was - Corrupt administration falsifies data to get backing for a war to "keep our way of life safe from terrorists." Then it "liberates" the taget country by bombing the s#%t out of them. Then they get a Bajillion dollars from Congress to "rebuild" said country with no-bid contracts to the their cronies the biggest of which the Vice President has/had a controlling interest in. Meanwhile our GI's are getting knocked off left and right. It's pathetic, and it's definately made for Hollywood.  |

You guys can say what you want about him. In some ways yes, he is an idiot but in others he is not. He had the balls to go in and remove one of the most evil men from power in modern day history. Can you imagine of Roosevelt had the foresite to go and remove Hitler and and Emperor of Japan from power in 1939 and 1940? Imagine how many lives would have been saved? He does some stupid stuff but he did the right thing. History repeats itself but I think it has been altered since something was done about it. I bet everyone crys for joy the day Hussein and Bin Laden's heads are rotting on a wooden stake. |

Joe, yes, you are right, BUT, IMO Bush could give up the control of iraq to the UN, and let the soliders go home... Every day 5 soliders get beaten up! And is that what you want for your fellow americans? I wouldnt want that to any1! I think that USA is great, ive been there 3 times and ive had a blast! So dont get me wrong, im no anti american, but still, the goverment should have realized that the UN could take better care of Iraq than they can... the whole situation Is just a waist of Loving husbands, and important society builders in the future...

The UN (or any other country) has yet to step up to the plate.
Talk is cheap, put your army where your mouth is.
Yet, these whiny faggy countries (UMMM...France/Canada comes to mind first) are going to complain that they get no shot at the big dollars to rebuild the country.
Put in the money and the human factor first, then you can prosper in the re-building. Until then......SHUT THE F*CK UP |
