I just received a Dean EVO electric guitar and I am wondering if
anyone can tell me what year it was made. It shows on the back that it was made in Korea and has a serial number of E050354. I would appreciate any assistance that you could provide....

Welcome. Unfortunately the Korean Deans are not traceable by age. The serial numbers are not recorded or anything. To be honest I'm not sure why they're even on there, but it is what it is. It's a great guitar just the same so, enjoy! |

I don't know what model it is. The head has Dean and EVO on it but nothing else. There is a shop that sells Dean Guitars close by. I guess I could carry it over there and see if he can tell.. |

I wish that I could include a photo of this guitar in this message but I don't think that I can. I don't think it looks exactly like any of those pictures Mike (the EVO J is the closest) but I do know what my next guitar will be. The picture of the EVO Special Select (from the website you included) will definitely be my birthday present (or whatever holiday I can give myself a present for very soon)... [/img] |
