To my dismay I found the D-tuning gear on my Dean Performer A/E bass stripped or whatever they do But, never fear the Dean Dudes are here!! I wrote the company and got an immediate reply telling me they are sending one in the mail! Thanks a million, Anthony. I couldn't ask for any better service. When I tried to sharpen the tuning on the string it kept going down instead up up. I use my Dean regularly to record with in my home based studio and the results are FANTASTIC! I wouldn't want to be without it. Thanks for a fabulous bass and great service. |

Hey,
Welcome to the forums!
I've haven't got the pleasure to deal with the customer service, but I've heard that it is top notch, like their products.
