Samick makes some nice guitars. Always has. Yeah they made some spectacular crap too, but this isn't one of them. |

i had one.. it's not *too* bad.. but i got mine for 100.00 in a pawnshop..
the pickups are EMG Selects.. honestly, with as cruddy as those pickup are, i don't understand why they are still made..
the guitar is Alder, with a flame veneer Sycamore top..
the trem (atleast on mine) was an actual Floyd Rose.. not a licensed one..
the neck is USA made, and the body is Korean.. go figure.. atleast that's what Traci Hoeft told me..
the neck is jackson-like..
i thought that the coolest thing about it was that the entire body is convex.. if laid on it's back.. it's curved.. and it's pretty comfortable..
i just hate floyds.. just can't stand them.. and it had to go for that reason.. |
