Sup guys! I haven't bought a new guitar in a while (over a year!) and so this one felt really good. I'm a huge Corey Beaulieu fan, and love my KV2. So this purchase was a no brainer. Ordered one in trans red around March, changed my mind around mid June and wanted one in trans black, then someone backed out of their order of a 6 string in trans black, so I was next in line to get one. Lo and behold, it was ready last week. So I got it yesterday and am about to throw on the strap locks and rock out. Enjoy the pics guys!
secks.
Big brother peeking around the corner!
Under certain lighting, it looks near rosewood.. I wish it were as dark as my KV2, but I can't complain too much.
And some shots with my brother's DSLR.
And my absolute favourite shot:
Lastly, a family photo!

I'm getting asked how this KV6 compares to my Dean's.. I hate making that comparison. I love my Deans - there's no replacement for them. They're just two different guitar brands offering different things.. I just can't compare. But I will be putting up my custom shop Dean up against my custom shop Jackson when it is done |

That's a stunning guitar. I on e saw a king V in transblack. I wish I'd gotten it. Your top and color is beautiful.
Regarding the fingerboard. Get some black leather dye from stewmac. I used it on my rosewood ST-Pro board. It's jet black now and it don't rub off. |

Man, the last time I got black leather dye from stewmac I ended up ruining a guitar neck. I don't think I'll be doing anything other than changing strings on this guitar |

Thanks guys! I've uploaded some more shots of the guitar in nice sunlight with a DSLR. Enjoy
The matching headstock is definitely a nice touch.
Input jack and strap location, kinda different from the KV2 but still fits nicely.
