As the title says, what are you GAS'ing for at the moment? I thought it'd be a good thread to keep updating, so unleash it fellas!
I'm feeling a Peavey 6505+ Combo with a V30 upgrade (likely) and a Gibson LPC in black or silverburst (not so likely). |

12 acoustic
Another 6 string acoustic
Wouldn't mind a bigger jet city amp assuming they sound very close to my 20W combo
Other than that I'm happy with what I have, got my classic rock setup, I can move it into 80 metal territory, and I just got my hair metal/shredder guitar |

A custom shop PRS if that's even possible. I really like the idea of a 24 fret, 7 string PRS that is like a trans-red quilted maple top. That would be amazing. I love the PRS' I've played but I would like the extra string. |

It changes daily.
In no particular order.
The likely items (eventually):
New Blackstar HT5R combo. AmpTweaker TightRock pedal. A set of Bareknuckle Holy Diver pups.
The "if I get a an absolutely gigantic raise" items.
An AxeFx. Don't care which model. an FRFR set up for the Axe. Another guitar to put active pickups in. |

Thats about it. |

I'm gassin' for nothing. You'd think that would be cool, but it sucks actually.
I got all my guitars finally setup with all the hardware I want. All my USA Deans are blackened, all my main guitars have BK pups, etc. I've got my cool Strat setup the way I want too.
There's just nothing I want right now. I wish there was. |

How about amps then ?
As to me, I still want either a 84 explorer or an ESP MX to fulfill my jaymz fanboy attitude.
Axe fx 2 is ordered and I have the money, just waiting for G66 to tell me it's my turn to get one. |

I fancy some Blackouts for my ML actually.
Considering offering up my Blackstar HT-5 head and Marshall 1x12 cab in a trade for a 6505+ combo (nearly exactly the same value actually). |

I want a single pup SG with an ebony board. Older is better and it has to have the slim neck.
I also would like a Tyrant Bloodstorm to refinish. Awesome playing guitar, but I am not really into cheesy graphics. |

It doesn't have to suck. I've been there before. Now you just play. Play, man, play! Pick up an axe that inspires and write something awesome. Sometimes I spend so much time messing with my toys, I forget to do that. GAS relief is a GOOD thing I think. |

Right now, an Ibanez SA160. Not even kidding. They go for about $250-300 used. I just don't have extra $$ right now. They're like an HSS Strat, only with quilt tops. Simple, inexpensive and gorgeous. As you can see from my avatar, I'm into that kind of s#%t. |

and either a Retro channel RR1 amp head or a Randall RG-100ES. |

I'm always looking for an '81 ML, never can afford them when they show up. I really miss my strat that has needed parts for the last ever, and I desperately want to finish my sledge ML as well
More importantly, I've been really drooling over stewmac's shop starter kit. I needs me 5 bills. |

brave dave got sold for car repairs, i can look through my pm box and tell you who i sold it to. That thing was too damn pretty for me, I was afraid to play it, and I be drillin' holes in stuff too often. pics of whitey? a peghead repair would be a great reason to give it a super volute... |

Oh sweet lord I've found something that has me shaking with GAS!
Local 1981 Gibson Explorer E2 all original expect for the electronics and pups. Original hardshell case too, for an absolute killing of a price. Managed to land some work next week but I still won't be able to cover it. Ahhhh! |

Ok, I've priced up that a LPC would run me around £2600 in the UK, so I think I might go down the Dean CS route. Grab a nice Soltero and ML with whatever features I want for a couple hundred more than an LPC. Ever since I visited the Dean HQ I've had custom shop GAS. |

My new custom shop, which should be done very shortly! Outside of that, not much, maybe a distortion pedal once I figure out exactly which one I want. |

All I really want is a small combo amp with the option of being battery powered. Something I could carry when on crutches or might even fit in a gigbag pouch. I could care less about effects but a decent tone would be nice. |

Ever heard of the Cactus Amps Keg Blaster amp-in-a-can? It's basically a hollowed out mini keg tube amp, that's battery powered. I've read some reviews of it, and apparently it sounds amazing. Plus it looks funky as shit! I think it would be right up your street.
Here's Cactus Amps youtube channel.
http://www.youtube.com/user/cactustubeamps
Quick lowdown from the guy's page:
4 watt tube amp inside a mini keg barrell;
Uses 9 volt batteries, and can power a 4x12 cab;
Tone switch for American & British sounds;
2.5 inch, waterproof speaker;
Only $55! |

Haha, not a problem Nick, any time! I did a little poking around for you, and although their website seems to be down, a quick googling produced the following result:

Wouldn't hurt to ask around! |

6505+ and an MXR 10 band eq. I got passives and actives, I got SS and now t00bz for the br00tz. Should be good for awhile. |
Cool. I'm actually happy with my current collection too. I know there's always something I like and want but I don't see myself actually buying a new geet or amp anytime soon. |

I've kinda got this weird feeling that I miss my RBV. I guess because it was just 10000% metal (pointy V body, blood red finish and pointy HS), it put me off. I'm looking at some RB's now with OFR's rather than them crappy LFR's (that I just can't get along with) and wishing I had money. Solid rock and metal guitars. Hmm. |
