So it's got a Blazebucker and a Nostalgia in it. The pickups are paired fairly well.
Amazing how much difference an Alnico 8 vs Alnico V will get you. My other one has a Baker Act. This one is a bit 'cleaner' sounding and not as much bottom/low-mids.
I'm going to keep this pu in it for now, as kind of a 'change of pace' guitar. I'm willing to bet that a coil tap with this picukp set would be pretty wicked. Just get single neck and single bridge at the same time??? WOah mammma. |
