The two outputs are connected in parallel. Anything you connect in total cannot go below the minimum ohm rating of the head (4 ohms).

Your cab can either be run in stereo (2 sets of speakers at 4 ohms EACH), or a single mono connection which internally connects your 2 sets of 4 ohm speakers in series for a total load of 8 ohms.

Connecting 2 cables to your head and cab will result in a 2 ohm load, and fry your head - DO NOT DO IT.

Connect a single SPEAKER cable (NEVER use an instrument cable to connect a head to a cab) from your head to the mono 8 ohm input of the cab.

so i use one cable and insert it in no matter which output of the amp (left or right) and that goes on 8 omh input on cab?

Correct - and remember to use a SPEAKER cable, NOT a regular instrument cable.
