Just picked this up at a local pawn shop ......
1989 Ibanez 540S LTD early low serial #
photos before I cleaned it up......the little E string is "get this" Mono-filament fishing line ......seriously !!  
I'll get a few better pics up later I'm having it set up by a friend. It cleaned up awesome looks almost new. |

Cool, I have a 540R w/ the USA Hollywood CA neckplate. I never play it anymore but it is a great guitar |

This one is a USA Bensalem, Pa plate with serial on the Plate 890421(1989 no' 421 of the line), opened it up the Body is a H & S stamped body with stamped Wizard neck. This is from the first run of the LTD's . Blows my mind not bad for $360 with Case.
I love Pawn shops, they also have a Black and Red Dean Razor V for $399. And a Black Dean Performer 12 string Acoustic for $340. and about 70 other guitars. This is the same shop I bought my Dean Z Select in vintage Gibson case for $250. They also have a Crate Blue Voodoo Half stack not sure on price. |
