man, what a great show. i hadn't planned on going, but i checked craig's list 4 hours before the show and snagged some excellent seats....at half of face value. the guy just wanted to unload them. i took my daughter and we had an awesome time. it's really hard to believe that paul mccartney is 70 years old. you'd never know it!

70... wow... still playing and I'm sure he doesn't need the money. Good for him.

very cool, but we all know the Paul McCartney you saw isn't the real one, just a doppleganger that was scientifically engineered in 1966 to replace Paul when he passed away.

Shhhhh.....

Ha, I remember reading how in the Sg Pepper album gatefold Paul has a Canadian "Officially Pronounced Dead" patch on his coat, and I could never find it... it turns out I was looking right at it... It's actually an Ontario Provincial Police emblem. OPP, not OPD duh...

Ringo does look amazing for his age.

Dave, how was Band on the Run? That's one of my favorite rock tunes!

I just read that Paul wants people to not eat turkey this Thankgiving to save the 20 million birds lives... as if they'd be set free or something.

If 20 million turkeys didn't get sold, they'd be sold off cheap hurting the farmers (who hurt enough) and the grocery stores, and they'd still end up being killed for food. That's what they're raised for.

I think half of these veggie bangers do not realize that most domestic turkeys would drown themselves in their own water dishes if they were not monitored, stupid STUPID birds, set em free and find out what happens

Here's a weird factoid. Farm raised turkeys have been bred like they are to the point that they can't have sex with each other. They have to artifically insemenate the females.

P.S. My apologies about the thread hi-jack. So I will say this. My parents got to see Paul McCartney play at the old Tampa Stadium (The Big Sombrero) years ago. They loved it. Especially "Live and Let Die." And especially when the fireworks and cannons went "BOOM" during the song.

they did an fantastic job on every single tune. amazing sound for just 5 guys. one weird thing that they did...a two minute instrumental version of "foxy lady". mccartney played lead on this and i think he was just indulging himself because he could. i was laughing to myself thinking WTH was that all about????

Sir Paul is a legend.

Bet it was a fantastic show! Think I might just go listen to some PM and Wings now.

Saw Paul at Jerry Land in Dallas (Cowboys Stadium) a couple of years ago. Have a good friend that ran the retail operation there.

I got to sit through Sound Check. Paul was teaching his band a Buddy Holly Song. I got to thinking what if you were in Paul McCartney's band. He's teaching you a song & YOU KNOW FOR A FACT HE'S WRONG. HOW DO YOU TELL PAUL FREAKING MCCARTNEY HE'S WRONG? LMFAO!!! Laughing

ANSWER.... you don't. HE'S FREAKING PAUL MCCARTNEY!!!!

Anyway LOVED the show and would LOVE to see him again.

I about lost my mind when they broke out Helter Skelter.

If you have a chance ABSOLUTELY GO SEE PAUL MCCARTNEY! You will not regret it.
