Guitar Rig

I love using Guitar Rig on my PC, through my MAudio Fast Track Pro.
What would be the best way to set it up to route it through my amp?

Would it be best to use it in my effects send/return from my head?

usually you want a power amp. You can use the return on your head for this. other times, the clean channel can sound great. It depends on all the gear. Try all the options until you find what works best for you.
