It's a bottle of Kah Tequila. I never had it, but thought the bottle was pretty cool. Hopefully NT will like it. |

I've had it, can't really say I remember much from the experience
That particular one is 110 Proof. Can't remember if it is anejo or reposado. Blanco comes in a white skull and the other a black skull and are the average 80-90 Proof. |

It's reposado. I have not opened it yet. But will let you know once I do.

Rather than add another post, and because I'm not here often anyways, I'll just add to this one. I also want to thank Razor_Fever for the donation that he just made to my son's foundation, Pick With Austin.
Joe, it was not necessary - but of course we will never turn down the support! You and everyone else involved continue to prove the value in people and you are very much appreciated. Our 2013 goals are to get our programs more integrated with the school system, so your kindness helps towards costs associated with that.
For those who may not recall, when I lost my son to suicide in 2010, we formed a 501c3 foundation that uses music and guitars to help drive awareness of teen depression and suicide prevention. We give guitars to kids/teens who are "at risk" and run a number of other programs in the Central Texas area in memory of my boy (who was a Dean Guitar player).
Thanks again, Joe Razor_Fever!
By the way... our second Tribute CD should be released by mid-February! Check it out at: http://pickwithaustin.com/volume2.htm (several forum members have contributed songs)

Daryl & Jeff,
You guys don't have to thank me. You both went above and beyond to make something right when you didn't have to. I never expected anything, and ended up with a bad-ass guitar with a really cool story to it. It's definitely a keeper.
I just wanted to show my appreciation for what you did. I know what I did does not equal the value of that guitar and what it cost to ship it. But now that I've got your addresses, you never know when something else might show up ha ha
Thanks again guys! |
