Dear Elliot,

All I can say is "WOW!!" My Cherryburst Cadillac Select showed up yesterday at 1:00pm, and I've hardly set it down since. I've only had to slightly re-tune it a couple of times in my hours of vigorous play. The guitar came out of the box playing the blues and calling my name. The setup is absolutely perfect, and I can't say enough about the body style and finish. I've always wanted a guitar in cherryburst since I first saw Jimmy Page with his '58 Les Paul, but this finish puts those to shame with its almost 3-D flametop, as does the round and pointy body styling. Also, I have an Evo and an Exotica with their respective headstocks, so I've never truly appreciated the huge size of the "V" headstocks on your guitars. Very, very nice. It helps puts a lot more string on the guitar.

The gold hardware, inlays, binding and electronics are perfect as well. It's great having a guitar that can get so many varieties of sounds, from a slinky strat/tele to a fat Les Paul and everything in-between. This guitar will see no after-market modifications whatsoever. I just need to get used to having separate volume/tone pots for each pickup. I've gotten lazy from playing my Evo which has only 1 volume and 1 tone pot for both pups.

Thanks again for your assistance and for producing what I feel are the finest guitars on the market. This is my 3rd Dean purchase in under 2 years, and I suppose the best compliment I can offer is that my days of playing Gibsons are over. Long live Dean Guitars!!

There's not much more I can say about this spectacular guitar except that I'm not nearly good enough to own it! I can't commend or thank the incredible staff of Dean enough for making a dream come true. Only Dean could build this & I'm going to use it as an example to everyone I talk with about the company.

I have to tell you I am very impressed, not only by the quality of the guitar itself, but by the level of customer satisfaction provided by yourself and Dean Guitars. The difference between a mediocre company and a top-notch company is often determined by their customer service, and Dean Guitars is definitely top-notch in my book!

Thanks so much for taking the time out of your busy day get me the guitar I was looking for. Now that I have this awesome Caddy Premium I can put my tired, overweight old Les Paul into retirement :)

While desperately lusting after Dean Guitars for 20 years, my Dean Caddy purchase in November was a wish come true for me. I could not be more satisfied with the craftsmanship and design . Being a true guitar lover that cannot pass up what you have to offer, I just ordered a Brasiliaburst Time Capsule ML. Chris Jones at Top Dog called and found there were only two left so I drew a sigh of relief to find out I had successfully retrieved a great guitar. I hate to envision my disappointment had I not acted when I did. You have a great product out there and with your considerate demeanor towards the guitarist/guitar buying public Dean Guitars' longevity is assured. Wishing you continued success!

I just wanted to drop you a line to say thank you for building such a great product. I have Played many guitars in my years of playing and I have to say that the Time Capsule Cadillac 3 that I just purchased is one of the best playing guitars that I have ever laid my hands on. I find the V neck to be the most comfortable neck around, makes me wonder why no one else has caught on...... The rounded neck binding is so smooth that I cant feel the frets going by. The fact that this guitar looks so good is merely a plus! Thank you for having the fortitude to build an instrument that is different and quality built. I am Looking forward to many years of enjoyment with this new guitar.

Received my TAB 2 PU 25th anny Cadillac, 28/100 today. WOW! Properly intonated, and still in tune too! I'll set it up to my liking tonight! I have been collecting and playing Deans for years, and this one is nothing short of amazing! The fret work is excellent, and the finish is immaculate. The mahogany is superb as well. What is not to like? One thing... No groovy certificate came with it. ??? Speno Music, Auburn, NY is where I ordered it from. They treated me like a king! Just wanted to let you folks know I am thrilled with my new Dean.

Thanks I am sorry I didn't get to the DOA meeting. I was looking forward to meeting Dean and you, and seeing the facility. As you can see by the letters that I have written to Dean I can't say enough good things about Dean Guitars. I have a 1962 Gibson Les Paul that I bought brand new, and your Lower priced guitars blow it away in all catagories:looks tonality, overall sound and playability. I have been playing for 40 years and had my share of what were supposedly good guitars and great guitars, and hands down the Deans that I own I would put up against any one of them. I play with a guitarist who has a PRS that he paid $7000.00, and I pulled out my Korina Z and he couldn't believe it. I'm sure you have heard the story by now I promptly went out and bought Dean V Select and ML Select then bought the usa Cadillac. I can't wait to get it in my hands and play it, and I am sure the picture that Dean sent me does not do the actual guitar justice. I have just one favor to ask is there any way that I could get some of the freebies that were given out at the DOA meeting, neck tag, pictures, etc., it would be greatly appreciated. As I say I regretted that I couldn't make it but we had a trip planned to Italy the same week to honor my late father-in-law. Thanks again to you and Dean and the fine craftsman at Dean Guitars for the great guitars that you build.
