posted on 2012-06-28
MI's Guitar program and Dean Guitars present the Los Angeles debut of Michael Angelo Batio's multimedia extravaganza Hands without Shadows - a Tribute to Rock Guitar, featuring Batio performing the music of some of the greatest rock guitarists of the past 50 years. Inspired arrangements and medleys span Jimi Hendrix and Eric Clapton to Led Zeppelin, Van Halen, and Metallica, all displaying Batio's trademark speed and precision on both right- and left-handed guitars as well as his famed Dean double-neck instrument.
Performing with Michael will be Dean Guitars CEO Elliott "Dean" Rubinson on bass, Steve Hott on vocals and Joe Babiak on drums (click here to read a Rock & Roll Hall of Fame interview with Michael about his guitar, background, and education).
Bonus! One lucky guitar student (AA, Certificate, or Bachelor) will win a Dean Michael Angelo Batio Signature model guitar courtesy of Dean Guitars (Prize will be awarded by raffle; must be present to win). The guitar will be presented to the winner by Batio and Dean CEO Rubinson.
