The Dean Rusty Cooley 7-String Electric Guitar features several design developments that put it ahead of its class. One of the most significant advancements is its super-thin neck, adding an ease of playability and comfort level not usually associated with 7-strings guitars. It also has an extra-deep body cutaway for extreme access to the high frets. And it comes with a recessed, original Floyd Rose tremolo system that sits flush with the body of the guitar, allowing easier pick access to the strings. These features create a much more streamlined playing experience than typical 7-string guitars. It's loaded with active EMG 707 pickups with one volume knob and one 3-way selector switch. It has a 25-1/2-scale alder body with a bolt-on maple neck, an ebony fretboard with a custom 12th fret inlay.
